Belgium's BJJ scene runs under the Belgian Jiu-Jitsu League — the country's main federation, which maintains an accredited-academy roster across Belgium.

Brussels is the country's BJJ hub. Brussels Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy (BBJJA) has been operating in the capital since 2000. Aorta BJJ was founded in 2018 and is led by Professor Axel Vankimmenade — a BJJ black belt under Bruno Pedras. Icon BJJ runs out of Uccle/Ixelles. RISE Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Belgium operates two locations south of Brussels in Halle and Braine l'Alleud, under black belt Philip Candries.

In Antwerp, Yaware Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & MMA Academy and Fighting Lions Antwerp anchor the city's BJJ surface.
