Academia BJJF (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Figueroa) was founded in 2008 in Santiago by Professor José Luis Figueroa, with IBJJF, ADCC, and CBJJD certifications — among the longest-running BJJ academies in the country. Carlson Gracie Jiu Jitsu Chile, the country's official Carlson Gracie team school, sits in the Ñuñoa district under black belt Eduardo Campos.
