BJJ Academies in Philippines.
The Philippines' BJJ scene runs under the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation of the Philippines (BJJFP). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu made its Southeast Asian Games debut at the 2019 SEA Games — Filipino BJJ fighters collectively earned 11 medals at the home-soil event.
Atos Philippines is the country's most prominent team. The Manila-based organization was established in 2010 by BJJ black belt Ali Sulit and operates as an official affiliate of Atos Jiu-Jitsu HQ in San Diego under André Galvão. The team's home academy is in Mandaluyong (Metro Manila), with branches in Bulacan, Bohol, and Iloilo. Atos Philippines is the home of decorated Filipino competitors including Carlo Peña, Ralph Go, and Eros Baluyot.
Other Manila rooms include Carpe Diem BJJ Manila — the Philippines branch of Yuki Ishikawa's Tokyo-headquartered Carpe Diem network.
