BJJ Academies in Metro Manila.
Metro Manila is the Philippines' BJJ urban hub — the country's federation seat and the home of the most prominent affiliate-team rooms.
Atos Philippines is the country's most prominent BJJ team. The Manila-based organization was established in 2010 by BJJ black belt Ali Sulit and operates as an official affiliate of Atos Jiu-Jitsu HQ in San Diego under André Galvão. The team's main academy is in Mandaluyong (Metro Manila), with branches expanding to Bulacan, Bohol, and Iloilo. Atos Philippines is the home of decorated Filipino competitors including Carlo Peña, Ralph Go, and Eros Baluyot. Carpe Diem BJJ Manila is the Philippines branch of Yuki Ishikawa's Tokyo-headquartered Carpe Diem network. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation of the Philippines (BJJFP), the country's national governing body, operates from the metro.
